70% of job searches are made by smartphone

11/16/2017 - The use of the phone allows candidates seek employment in a more convenient way, anywhere. This was proven in research conducted by Indeed, online tool to search for jobs in the world. On average, 70% of searches for work on the platform of the Indeed in Brazil are made by smartphones. In the cities of Fortaleza and São Paulo, these numbers come to 73% and 71%, respectively. There was an increase of 5% compared to the months of June to September 2016, when the average was 65%.
