Trade Increases end-of-year Contracts

The Brazilian trade should hire 74100 temporary workers at the end of this year. Only Christmas should move the value in the order of R $34.9 billion, a 5.2% increase compared to last year-the biggest variation from 2013. The projection was made by the National Confederation of trade in goods, services and tourism (CNC). The effective rate of 30% should grow to temporary. In 2015 and 2016, only 15% of temporary workers were hired after Christmas. The States of São Paulo, Minas Gerais and Rio de Janeiro should concentrate 47% of hires.
Salary
The average salary of admission will have a real growth of 3.8% compared with the same period last year and reach R $1,185. The highest payout should be offered in the field of pharmaceutical items, perfumes and cosmetics (R $1,430), followed by specialty stores selling computer products and communication (R $1,392). However, these threads must answer for only 2% of the total number of places offered for the season.
Sales
The segments of hyper and supermarkets (R $11.8 billion), clothing stores (R $9 billion) and of personal and household articles (R $5.1 billion) should account for 74% of revenues this year of Christmas sales. In relative terms, the highest increase in sales should occur in stores of furniture and appliances, with 17.8% growth in comparison to 2016.
