Klabin will make issuance of CRAs worth 700 million R$

São Paulo Klabin will issue of Receivables of agribusiness (CRA) through the Ecoagro, worth 700 million R$.
Will be issued 700,000 CRAs with unit value of 1000 R$ and the amount can be increased by up to 35% with additional and complementary lots.
The rate of remuneration shall be determined in the bookbuilding procedure, scheduled for 7 March 2017, but it will be up to 98% of the DI.
The funds obtained will be used in agribusiness activities, within the scope of forestry and agriculture, in particular by means of investment resources, jobs and costs and expenses.
The Coordinator is leading the Itaú BBA, along with coordinators BB investments, Bradesco JRC and Santander.
On Thursday (20), Klabin announced the issuance of debentures in the amount of R$ 945 million, along with the Eco Securitizadora of agribusiness credit rights.
