Baumgarten, RAKO and X-label now form the All4Labels Group

The merger of three giants in the Middle graph — Baumgarten (Brazil), RAKO (Germany) and X-label Group (Germany)-announced in September 2016, has just given birth to All4Labels – Global Packaging Group, third largest converter of labels in the world.
The All4Labels Group will bring together strengths, such as leadership of the global market of digital printing solutions. The RAKO has an extensive professional know-how in digital production processes; with a focus on personal care and Accommodation, the X-label Group has evolved to be the innovative leader in the market for packaging solutions supply chain-oriented; and the Baumgarten Gráfica has been one of the largest and most innovative graphic solutions providers in Latin America for more than 130 years.

In addition to the strengthening of local production units and the development of global presence, the Group has focused on increasing of your innovative power.
The headquarters of the new group is located in Witzhave (Germany) and the company''s management remains with the owners. Matthias Kurtz and Adrian Tippenhauer (RAKO), Tim Fiedler and Jan Oberbeck (X-label) and Fernando Gabel (Baumgarten) will act as members of the Executive Board who have strengthened the excellent market positions of their companies.
