Stora Enso's new plant should begin operations in the same year

According to the President of the Finnish Stora Enso, Jouko Karvinen, the new pulp mill located in Montes de Plata, in Uruguay, should start operations in the third quarter of this year.
"The start of production will be in such a way that the factory reaches full capacity in the second half of 2014," said the Chief Executive of the company, Jouko Karvinen, on Tuesday (23).
The factory is a joint venture between the Finnish and the Arauco group, the Chilean unit of Copec, and had investment of two billion dollars.
