Intention of signings for Q3 has slight drop

The expectation of employment in Brazil for the third quarter of this year, which begins in July, is +4%, as established in the company human resources research ManpowerGroup. The index represents a pullback of 3 percentage points when compared to the previous quarter. Already as compared to the same period in 2017, the current expectation of employment is 2 percentage points above. Among the employers interviewed, no less than 80% did not predict changes within the framework of signings. In the evaluation of the ManpowerGroup, the result shows that, with the proximity of the election period, the companies are waiting for the definition of the political landscape to resume hiring. Minas Gerais is the State with the best job prospects. On the other hand, the Rio de Janeiro appears at the bottom of the list, being the only Brazilian State to present intention of hiring.
