Network D'or reaches 5 hospitals in the Northeast with purchase of UDI, do Maranhão

The network D'or São Luiz just closed the purchase of UDI Hospital, in Maranhão. The UDI is the fifth acquisition of the group in the Northeast, a region where the network D'or began operating in 2007, after buying hospitals of Pernambuco. Altogether, D'or already has 38 hospitals, which add up to more than 5000 beds. The deal was signed because of the synergies and complementarities with the Group's institutions in the region.
