CADE approves agreement between TIM and Oi; active sharing must be notified

The Administrative Council for economic Defense (Cade) approved on Wednesday, 7, a network sharing agreement between cellular companies TIM and Oi, celebrated at the beginning of the year. The contract States that a company can use 4 g networks and other structures of the competitor to offer services to its customers. The deal had already been examined by the General Superintendence of the Cade, who had no knowledge of the operation, i.e. that it was not necessary that she went through Cade. The Court of the Council, however, had otherwise understanding and decided to challenge the operation and analyze the agreement. In this decision, the Board members approved the rapporteur's understanding John Paul de Resende that asset-sharing agreements between competitors must be notified to Cade, which worth to repeat business.
