Screen breakage is a major cause of repair smartphones

The breaking of the smartphone screen is a recurring problem in the lives of Brazilians, according to a new survey of Multi Network assistance, bringing together a network of technical assistance. In total, 60% of cases that require repairs involve some software-related problem with the display of the device. The survey was done based on 5200 registered repair cases by franchised stores of Multi Network assistance between July 2016 and April 2017.
The survey also indicated that the iPhone 5s was the device that need this type of repair, followed by Samsung and Motorola G3 J5. After the screen problems, battery-related defects and those caused by contact with fluid are the most applicants. According to the company, this does not mean that these models are more fragile than others, but there are more products of this model in the area of activities of technical assistance.
