Pull the Amazon production electronics in February

Amazon's industry grew 16.2% in February, compared with the same month of 2017, leveraged by the manufacture of electronics such as televisions, personal computers, laptops and cell phones. It was the best result among the 15 locations analysed by the Monthly Regional Industrial Research, published today by the IBGE.

Other regional results
In comparison with February 2017, other locations also grew above the national average (2.8%): Santa Catarina (6.2%), Pernambuco (5.0%), São Paulo (4.8%), Bahia (3.2%) and Rio de Janeiro (3.0%). Ceará (2.8%), Northeast region (2.4%) and Rio Grande do Sul (0.3%) completed the localities with positive results.
In Sao Paulo, the auto industry gave following the January growth, with high of 4.8% compared to February 2017.
