ChemChina raises $20 bi for purchase of perpetual bonds and actions with Syngenta

HONG KONG-the ChemChina raised 20 billion with perpetual bonds and preferred shares to finance the acquisition of the Swiss producer of Syngenta seeds, second document filed by the company with state regulators.
The Bank of China has invested 10 billion dollars through a perpetual title, making the institution the largest single funder of 44 billion business, according to the document, which also shows that the State-owned China Reform Holdings Corp. contributed 7 billion dollars via perpetual title.
The Industrial Bank of China invested 1 billion dollars by the same means, while Morgan Stanley has provided 2 billion dollars through convertible preferred stock.
The ChemChina is currently restructuring your business financing with Syngenta to reduce your short-term debt, but the Chinese company still has 19.51 billion in loans that will need to be refinanced in the next 18 months, according to the company, dated May 18.
