Nufarm Syngenta''s portfolio and buy Adama in Europe

The Australian agricultural inputs company Nufarm struck a deal in excess of $ $500 million to acquire a portfolio of products from Syngenta and Adama Agriculture in Europe. Both companies are controlled by Chinese Syngenta.
Nufarm took the determination of European Union regulators that assets of Syngenta and Adama should be negotiated for the acquisition of Syngenta by ChemChina was authorized, a deal at $ $43 billion.
