Motorcycles: Honda still reigns absolute but Dafra advances

São Paulo – the market of sale of motorcycles remained practically stable in the country until March, compared to the same period of the previous year, according to data from Abraciclo – Brazilian Association of manufacturers of motorcycles, Scooters, mopeds, bicycles and the like.
Still, in the first three months of 2017, the advancement of Dafra front competition was well ahead: sales of the company grew by 49.2 percent to 2,972. The company''s market share in a year jumped from 0.9% to 1.4%.
Honda follows reigning absolute in the sector, owns a slice of 82.5 percent, with 177,974 units sold within the Brazil-number was higher by March 2016. On the contrary, Yamaha sales and increased market share in the period, although well away from your biggest rival in the country.
Exports
