GPA stores want to grow 10% at the end of Year

The shops of Grupo Pão de Açúcar and Extra Sugar Loaf feature for this end of year a variety of fish to Portugal and Norway. All told, the networks projected an advance of 10% in sales compared with the same period last year. Among the fish are the Imperial Harbour cod (gadus Morhua), the port (gadus Macrocephalus) kinds Ling, ' Saithe ' and Port chips and Gnel, beyond the frozen fish market, with products such as Polish, Cation, Panga and Whiting. In addition to these higher volume items, the networks are betting on differentials as the typical Portuguese cod cakes, Portuguese sardines, Octopus Spanish and Norwegian herring.
Another bet this year is the fresh salmon from Chile, which is a value more accessible in comparison with last year due to increased availability of industry. Unsalted cod is a product that also deserves attention. Both the Extra as the Sugarloaf come betting increasingly that category, offering a variety of cuts to better serve consumers. This year, the estimate is growing 15% only in sales of these options.
