AmBev announces purchase of juice manufacturer well

São Paulo-AmBev announced on Monday the acquisition of the brand manufacturer of juices '' the well '', for undisclosed amount.
"The well enough to expand and strengthen the performance of the company''s non alcoholic," said AmBev in a statement by e-mail.
"The transaction is not material to Ambev and, in due course, we will give more details".
Created in 2007 in Rio de Janeiro, the well today has operations in France, Spain and Portugal. The company produces juices and teas and packaged cereal bars.
