Box should reheat construction market

Caixa Economica Federal announced measures to speed up the purchase of buildings throughout the country and, consequently, promote the construction market in Brazil, which is experiencing a period of decline. In addition to increasing the funding limit on property used 50% to 70% of the Bank expanded the capabilities and announced the reopening of the financing for second property under the same conditions. The box will have this year 16.1 billion additional R$ with the purpose to promote the real estate market. According to the Bank, with this extra feature will be possible the hiring of more than 64 1000 units.
