Council of BRF approves new distribution center in Paraná

São Paulo – the food company BRF prepares to build a distribution center in Parana, in 93 million reais investment, according to minutes of the meeting of the Board of Directors disclosed on Friday.
The adoption involves a new distribution center that will be raised in the region of Londrina. According to the company, the BRF has 27 distribution centers in Brazil.
In addition to the new distribution centre, the Council approved the sale of warehouse in Fortaleza for 15 million dollars.
Also as part of the meeting, the Board of Directors of BRF approved the reinstatement of Sérgio Rosa to the statutory audit committee. Rose had been away in September after operation Greenfield developments, the Federal Police.
