New supplier of premium coffee comes to Brazil

The Premium coffee brand Juan Valdez, of Colombia, begins to be sold in Brazil this month. Initially, the product can be found in stores Sugar Loaf, which belongs to the GPA. At first, the brand will be on 108 sales outlets, but there is potential to achieve more than 2,100, according to the FNC (National Federation of coffee growers of Colombia).
Among the varieties for sale in sugar loaf, are roasted and ground coffee 100% Colombian in origin, from the regions of Huila, Tolima and Sierra Nevada.
The brand belongs to Colombia''s coffee producers and was established in 2002 by the FNC. Has stores in the country (244) and abroad (118). The arrival in Brazil is part of its strategy of international expansion.
