Danone dairy manufacturing expands investment in the interior of São Paulo

Danone acquired a plot of land of 500 thousand square meters in Itapetininga, São Paulo State. With that, the company will increase the production of dairy products in Brazil. The announcement of the purchase of the land by Danone Brazil should take place on Friday (17/07). The region is a producer of milk and has already attracted investments from other companies, like Batavo and Paraná.
Through the note, the company said that the acquisition will meet future investments and that are attentive to your business development opportunities in the markets in which it operates. The contributions may surpass the $ 150 million in the first phase of the project.
