Purchase CVS pharmacies from Target for $ 1.9 bi

CVS Health Corp. will acquire the Division of clinics and pharmacies of Target for 1.9 billion dollars. In this way, the network of pharmacies, which is the second largest in the United States, will have new 1,660 units.
The pharmacies of the Target will be reformed and will display the new brand. They will operate as separate units within the Target stores, CVS said in a statement.
