Three Hearts has vouched for buy cappuccino business

The Administrative Council for economic Defense (Cade) approved without restrictions the acquisition, for the coffee Three Hearts, the cappuccino business of Itamaraty Indústria e Comércio, as order published in the Diário Oficial da União (GIVE).
The operation has as object the purchase of only the marks of cappuccino and will not result in the acquisition of other assets of Itamaraty.
The Coffee Three Hearts operates in the food industry, offering national processing services and sale of coffee products.
The Itamaraty belongs to the Group j. Marino Indústria e Comércio and its main activity is the manufacture and sale of biscuits, wafers, chocolate, Pralines and chocolate toppings.
The endorsement of the Cade for the deal between the two companies is signed by the General Superintendence of the antitrust body.
