Premium line of gourmet Skimoni has new pistachio flavor ice cream

To give more flavor to the autumn 2015, the brand of ice cream Skimoni launches this month the new pistachio gelato, which integrates the Premium line of Gourmet brand, designed to meet the most demanding palates.
On the basis of cream and natural pistachio paste, the new ice cream stands out for the crispness of the cone with the oleaginous milled and high creaminess of its interior. And, yet, to refer to the authentic taste salty pistachio, there's a small addition of salt in the formula.
According to the Director of Skimoni, César de Souza, the novelty meets a trend of consumer market itself, whose palate is increasingly sophisticated. "The flavors of Premium Gourmet line are drawn from selected raw materials of superior quality, which confer a remarkable flavor products and a super creamy texture", highlights.
