Carrefour grows 11.9% in organic sales in the country

The French retailer Carrefour unveiled today (16/10) the overall results of the group in the first nine months of 2015 and also in the third quarter of this year. From January to September, organic sales--including sales of gasoline-the Brazilian operation grew 11.9% compared with the same period last year. In other European countries, where Carrefour has operations, there was growth of total sales of 4.2% in the third quarter of this year. In Asia, total sales grew 7.1%, including a positive currency effect, but organic sales fell 7.0 percent.
