Ibema predicts 8% growth in net revenues in 2015

According to the Abigraf (Brazilian graphic industry Association), the packaging sector corresponds to approximately 40% of the participation of segments in the production of the printing industry. Ibema, third largest manufacturer of Cartonboard in the country and one of the main suppliers of this market, is optimistic about the projections for this year – the industry foresees an increase of 8% in net revenues compared to budget for 2014.
"We envision a different 2015. Will be filled with daily challenges and every pound of paper sold will have a much greater importance than we had in previous years; that's why we believe that the big focus will be on how to make different ", explains Lucas Avelino, Ibema's commercial Manager. The company, which operates at its maximum capacity, closed 2014 with significant results: were 90 thousand tons of Cartonboard produced, 10% more profit generation and 8% growth in sales.
