Nokia completes sale to Microsoft

Nokia announced the completion of the sale of its mobile devices business to Microsoft, after the companies agree to let two factories in India and Korea, out of business. However, the company expects that the final price of the sale is slightly larger than the $ 7.52 billion announced previously. Nokia said that due to a tax dispute with the Indian authorities, she will operate the factory of Chennai as a manufacturing unit for contract with Microsoft. This week, company executives will meet to discuss issues related to the strategic review of the company. (Reuters)
