Duratex profit R $ 161,233 mi in the first quarter, 8.3% more

SÃO PAULO-Duratex posted consolidated net profit of R $ 161,233 million in the first quarter of 2014, representing 8.3% high over the same period in 2013. The company also reported net income in the applicant's discretion, which totaled r $ 131,194 million between January and March this year, or 8.15% drop on the same basis of comparison.
The Ebitda (earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation and amortization) of Duratex was r $ 346,463 million in the first three months of 2014, virtually stable (+0.27%) compared with the same time last year. The adjusted Ebitda and appellant was r $ 240,046 million, 14.5% indentation in comparison with the same period last year. The net revenue was r $ 929,588 million in the first quarter of this year, 7.5% as compared to the same range of 2013.
