Clear and Alive can share network

BRASILIA-the General Oversight of the Administrative Council for economic Defense (Cade) approved, without restrictions, the agreement between Clear and Alive to share infrastructure and backhaul, the line joining the centres of the network. By the operation, the companies undertake to negotiate the sharing of network sites and backhaul 2 g, 3 g and 4 g, in addition to referring sites to the network.
According to the companies, the agreement aims to reduce investment costs, operation and maintenance of their networks and optimize the provision of services to its customers, improving coverage, mainly in 4 g, which will require a larger amount of websites. The decision by the approval is published in the Diário Oficial da União (I) this Friday, 10.
