RIM Announces renowned content partners for the new BlackBerry

Research In Motion (RIM) has gathered several renowned content partners in music and video for its new flagship product, the BlackBerry 10, showing since Walt Disney Studios and Sony Pictures to Universal Music Group and Warner Music Group.
RIM announced the partners yesterday, before the release of its first mobile phone based on the long-awaited — and also delayed — new smartphone platform, which may be the company's last chance to win back a large space lost to the Apple Phone.
Strategic partnerships
Content partnerships are a crucial part of this effort, and analysts have attributed the success of the iPhone and devices that operate on Google's Android system, the wide selection of content and applications offered.
Despite the disclosure, the company's shares fell more than 4% in the morning (local time). The analyst Michael Walkley, Canaccord Genuity, said that partnerships were not a surprise and that RIM's shareholders were probably selling the paper to make profits before the release. "Until we begin to see the devices sold to consumers, the action will remain quite volatile," said Walkley.
RIM said BlackBerry World content your application will include an extensive catalog of music, movies and television programs.
Most of the films will be available on the day they are released on DVD, as well as provision of TV series the day after the original broadcast.
Recently there have been rumors about Lenovo's interest in the company.
