Box 1824 and O Observatory discuss new consumer and their new ways of consuming and interacting with brands and products in 17 Brazilian Packaging Congress OPENS

Laura Kroeff, Fernanda Freak and Heloisa Rivers Nigro talk on how to classify and understand consumers these days and also what are the spontaneous perceptions of those consumers in relation to packaging
São Paulo, August 2016-17 Brazilian packaging Congress which will be held by the Brazilian packaging Association OPENS on 05 and 06 of October in São Paulo, will give prominence to professionals whose trajectory inspires us to seek innovation, competitiveness and growth.
The event will feature experienced entrepreneurs in the consumer goods sector, arguing strategic content under different perspectives. Among the confirmed speakers are Fernanda Bizzaria and Heloisa Rivers Nigro, both of Occhi Observatory, which will present the results of the "1st Observatory of packaging of Brazil", which will bring the monitoring on consumers on social networks through the observation of their spontaneous mentions, picking up their perceptions about packaging and related themes, who are these people and the influencers.
