2019 basic basket is up 10.6% in the city of SP

The basic basket in the city of São Paulo was up 10.66% in 2019, according to a survey by the Procon Intelligence and Research Center, linked to the Secretariat of Justice and Citizenship. Made in agreement with the Interunion Department of Statistics and Socioeconomic Studies (Dieese), the survey indicates that the average value of the basket was R$ 708.61 in December 2018, and rose to R$ 784.16 in December 2019.
