Paulista Trade Invoice R $58.1 Bi in June

Sales of the retail trade in the state of São Paulo reached R $58.1 billion in June, up 4.9% in relation to the same period last year. It was the largest figure for the month since the beginning of the historical series developed by FecomercioSP in 2008. In the last 12 months, the elevation was 5.1%. In the accumulated of the first six months of the year, the increase was 5.4%, which represents an amount of R $18 billion more than that obtained in the first half of 2018. Of the nine activities surveyed from retail, eight were discharged in their actual revenues in the annual comparison in June, highlighting the sectors of pharmacies and perfumeries (11.5%) and supermarkets (5.4%).
