ABIA has a new president at the Board of Directors

ABIA-Brazilian Food Industry Association, which represents about 70% of the sector in production value, announces Níveo Maluf as chairman of the Board of Directors. He assumes in lieu of Flavio de Souza, who left the position to assume as Chief Compliance Officer of Nestlé in Switzerland. Níveo Maluf is director of institutional relations and sustainability of Bunge South America since 2011 and director of the Infrastructure Department of the Federation of Industries of the state of São Paulo (FIESP). With international experience in business management, Maluf holds a bachelor's degree in automotive mechanical engineering and production engineering from the FEI University Center. He has a specialization in Marketing and Sales Management from the University of California.
