Linx acquires Millenium by R $109.6 million

Specializing in management software for retail, Linx has closed an agreement to acquire the Millenium-management software company for e-commerce. The value of the investment is R $109.6 million. Linx must pay in two parts: one in sight (R $65 million) and another subject to the fulfillment of financial and operational goals of medium term (R $44.6 million up to 2022). The gross billing of Millennium projected to 2019 is R $31 million. The company is the thirtieth acquisition of Linx, since 2008. Hiper Software S. A-focused on SaaS-solutions, was one of Linx's last bets.
