Roll-Tec buys assets of DornBusch

The ROLL-TEC is a company specialized in the recording of gofradores cylinders for tissue-paper industry, in addition to acting in other markets like glass, leather, plastic, Non-Woven, among others. The Guarulhos city company already operates in the market for over 50 years and is betting on the expansion of your business to new markets in 2019. In order to expand your expertise, the Roll Tec bought assets of DornBusch (Standex Group), a company located in Itupeva-SP, which provided custom products and services such as: cylinders (rolls), and thermal-lined, used in calendering other rotating machines processing industries and/or processing to meet the textile, plastics, leather, glass, non-woven fabric, paper and packaging. With this acquisition now Roll-Tec becomes leader in Latin America mirrored cylinder and also super calandra, 100% paper-coated cylinders used in companies like Suzano paper and M.D. super calender cylinders are used primarily for companies that produce paper packaging for food, but also have applications in the textile industry. Already mirrored cylinders are used for lamination of plastic films production. After this investment, the Roll-Tec also invested in expanding your infrastructure from 3,000 m to 5,500 m ², ² in addition to numerous improvements that have been made in the plant to improve the solutions delivered by the company.
