Minas Gerais Houses 11.5% of MEI the country

The State of Minas Gerais recorded in January of this year, a balance of formalization of Individual micro-15800 (MEI). According to the survey of Sebrae Minas, based on data from the Irs, the sum in the State reached 908,000 MEI, 11.5% of formalized throughout the country. In the first month of the year, the service sectors (7,452 MEI) and trade (4,135 MEI) accounted for 73% of the number of formalizações in the State. The activities of hairdresser, manicure and pedicure (1,592 MEI), sales promotion (1,234 MEI) and retail sales of clothing items and accessories (1,013 MEI) were the ones that grew in number of MEI in the month.
