BNP Paribas profit rises 1.1% in the fourth quarter, to 1.44 billion euros

Paris-BNP Paribas, the largest French Bank in assets, announced today that it had net profit of 1.44 billion euros (US $ $1.64 billion) in the fourth quarter of 2018, 1.1% more than the gain in the same period to 2017.
