Union between Natura and Avon will cost R $349 million

Natura released last Saturday (12) that the cost of its union with the cosmetics company Avon will be R $349 million. The value includes assessments, publications, legal advice and other assessories, the company says. In the agreement, consolidated in May, the holding "Natura & Co" will house the business of the cosmetics segment and the operations to be aggregated after the acquisition of Avon. The expectation is that the combination of business will give rise to the fourth largest group in the beauty sector in the world, with annual revenues exceeding US $10 billion.
