Cade approves purchase of 10% of Qualicorp by Rede d'or

The Superintendence-General of the Administrative Council for Economic Defense (Cade) approved the purchase, by Rede d'or, of a participation in Qualicorp, the largest administrator of health plans for membership of the country. The transaction was announced in August. In all, the D ´ Or Network — the largest hospital group in Brazil — took about 10% of Qualicorp. Owner of 45 hospitals in seven states, Rede d'or is diversifying its activities.
