AmBev does change in various departments from September

Ambev has promoted several changes on the Board. Ricardo Morais Pereira de Melo, Director of sales, will accumulate from September the Director of people and management, replacing Fabio Vasquez Kapitanovas. Starting January 1, 2019 will win new Board composition. In charge of sales will be Jean Jereissati, who also respond by marketing, replacing Tenzin Namgyal Lindenberg. Paul Zagman will be Director of logistics in place of Mauricio Nogueira Soufen, who remains as a Director. Leticia Rudge Barbosa Kina passes the legal Director, in place of Pedro de Abreu Mariani, current Director legal and corporate relations. This second post will be with Ricardo Gonçalves Melo. In minutes of the meeting, the Board of Directors "expressed their wishes for praise and appreciation to Mr. Pedro de Abreu Mariani for invaluable contribution during the 15 years of service to the company". Another decision of the Board was in relation to the termination of the statutory Board of Premium and High End, whose functions will pass to marketing and sales.
