Children's day in 2018 should move R $9.4 billion

Despite the slow upturn reflect in mood for purchases of Brazilians, 72% of consumers should go shopping at this year's children's day. That's what reveals survey conducted by the National Confederation of Merchants Leaders (Cndl) and the credit protection service (SPC Brazil) in all Brazilian capitals. Last year, 67% bought gifts on the day and this year, it is expected that the 72% 77% are women participants. For 2018, retailers are expected to move some R $9.4 billion. According to the survey, 39% plan to spend the same amount last year, while 24% plan to buy less. In total, each consumer must disburse, on average, R $187 with gifts.
