KFC provides open 10 stores this year and grow outside the Rio-São Paulo

KFC, American network of fast-food restaurants, plans to open 10 stores in the country until December, 34 units. The company has 29 stores in operation — 7:00 pm Sao Paulo and 10 in Rio de Janeiro, mostly franchises.
The American wants to reach 49 stores in 2017. Are provided for 15 stores outside the Rio-São Paulo, in the Northeast, southern capital, Southeast and Midwest. In 2018, the company foresees reaching 69 units.
The brazilian operation must overcome 120 stores over the next five years, according to the business plan.
For this year, KFC estimates a turnover of 25% to 30% higher in Brazil, in comparison with the previous 12 months. Fast food network is part of the Yum! Brands, same owner of Pizza Hut.
The average investment for KFC franchise is 1.4 million R$. The average monthly turnover is estimated at 250,000 per unit R$.
