Workshop: Buying and negotiating in Crisis

The current moment of Brazil of extreme political and economic uncertainty has left entrepreneurs and executives worried and indecisive with respect to actions to be taken in their areas of expertise. Regardless of the uncertainty, are required of these same executives and entrepreneurs actions to manage risks and capture opportunities. The goal of this workshop is to discuss practical implications and possible actions on strategic management of purchases and negotiation with suppliers, thus, will assist the decision-making.
The training will be divided in 2 consecutive days: the day July 19-oriented strategic purchases and the day July 20 aimed at negotiating with suppliers. The format is expository, but returned to practice with exercises and discussions backed by robust theoretical basis of the speakers.
