The real estate sector Had drop in sales

Property sales in Brazil showed decline in 12 months closed in September. In this period, 103,179 units were sold, 12.7% lower than the total volume of sales of the preceding period. The data were presented by the Abrainc Indicators-Fipe, based on research with 20 companies. In the last 12 months, according to the study, there was also 1.1% indentation in the releases, with 67,495 units. This year, from January to September, were released 46,140 units, volume 8.1% higher compared to the same period in 2015. The accumulated until September 2016, sales totaled 76,414 units, down 10.6% compared to the same period of the previous year.
