E-commerce Adopts new measure in SP

The São Paulo State Government announced that from November, e-commerce companies operating in São Paulo are special tax regime, the same used by retailers that have distribution centers in the State. With the initiative, companies that conduct interstate operations via electronic commerce may acquire goods without the application of tax substitution and collect the GST only when they give the output of products. The measure will exempt the working capital of businesses that work with e-commerce and reduce your operating costs.
