Coca-Cola nears deal to buy Dirty Life

Coca-Cola is closing in on a deal to buy a minority stake in the American company of organic juices Dirty Life, said people with knowledge of the matter said Friday.
Coke's investment would rate the dirty, start-up with Hollywood celebrities among its investors, at about 300 million dollars, said sources.
The agreement gives Coca-Cola the option to buy the rest of the Dirty in three years, will help the company improve its competitive position compared to Naked Juice brands of PepsiCo.
