Brazil announces embargo on Argentinean apples and pears

The Brazil decided on Tuesday to suspend the importation of apples and pears argentinas depending on presence of Prague Cydia pomonella in fruit, in a measure aimed at protecting Brazilian farmers of a possible return of the disease eradicated in the country in 2014.
