Ambev increases profits in 88.8% in Q2

SÃO PAULO-Ambev announced on Thursday (31) the balance of its results during the second quarter of 2014. The largest manufacturer of beverages of Latin America achieved a net income of $ 2.17 billion, 88.8% more than in the same period last year.
According to the company, the lowest taxation on the result reinforced the quarterly profit and the completion of the World Cup in Brazil increased gains in net revenues, which reached r $ 8.18 billion.
