Oven of Mines launches line of fresh pasta Mamma D'alva

The Oven mines diversifies its product mix and presents the line of frozen fresh pasta Mamma D'alva. The name is a tribute to the company's matriarch, Maria Dalva Couto Mendonça, who signs all the recipes. "The food ready and semi-ready segment grows considerably throughout the country, due to the need of the modern world. We see an opportunity to exploit the mass market with a product of high quality, practical, tasty, with noble ingredients and handcrafted features as of the best tratorias ", says Helder Marinkovic, President of the Oven of mines.
With an investment of 20 million dollars, earmarked for expansion of the factory, the purchase of new equipment, the hiring of labor and the development of products, the main gondola of the country will receive the masses in three formats: Cappelletti with meat fillings with herbs de provence and sausage and Rosemary; Ravioli, chicken options with fine herbs and four cheeses with walnuts; and Sorrentino, with fillings of fresh ricotta, parmesan and Brazil nuts, fresh mozzarella with Sun-dried tomato and basil, and cod and black olives.
Because it is frozen fresh pasta, the shelf life is one year. The frozen fresh pasta will be sold in trays of 300 grams for retail and in two versions for food service: 1.2 kilo and mono portions of 150 grams. The preparation time is 4 to 5 minutes of cooking for pasta "al dente". For the masses, the softest indicated is cooking around 5 to 6 minutes. In brief, the line will gain new flavors.
The packages are provided by Celocorte, by Evertis and by Klabin. The design was developed by WMcann.
