SAO PAULO (Reuters) - Enel said on Thursday that it acquired 2,959,302 common shares issued by the former Eletropaulo, representing 1.48% of its total share capital, and remained in circulation 5,174,050 common shares, or 2.58% of the capital of the company.

CCP joins rivals to expand fast delivery from malls

Cyrela Commercial Properties (CCP), which owns six shopping malls, is moving to deepen the integration of physical stores with online commerce. By the end of the year, ccp will have three malls offering the service of fast deliveries of goods, mainly items from the food court. They are: The City of São Paulo, located on Avenida Paulista; The Metropolitano Barra, in the west of Rio de Janeiro; and the Grand Plaza in Santo André.

E-commerce recorded a growth of 30% in October compared to the same period last year, with revenues of R$ 6.2 billion.
