Holding Plans to Open More than 400 Stores in the Country

The merger with MultiQSR, which owns pizza hut and KFC's master-franchise in Brazil, accelerated plans to expand the holding company International Meal Company (Bmi) - which owns the Roasted Chicken and Vienna networks. The company intends to invest R$ 450 million in five years and open 415 stores. The figures do not include investments in Roast Chicken units, which are expected to be built on the concept "convenience", within containers, from 2020. Later this year, the company will renovate 10 stores, of the 25 units, of the Roasted Chicken network. The points will have a Pizza Hut inside. Another fusion move is to convert points from the Vienna restaurant that are not performing well in Pizza Hut or KFC. About 20 stores in the 43 existing will undergo the transformation in the coming months.
